Terrell Owens will be at Bills-Patriots on Monday

For those counting, the Buffalo Bills are 2-for-2 in terms of bringing in some legendary fun figures from the “drought era” in their past two home games.

The Bills (7-4) will often bring a “Legend of the Game” to Highmark Stadium for home contests. This pair has just hit differently, though.

For the Bills’ upcoming Monday meeting with the New England Patriots (8-4), it’ll be Hall of Fame wide receiver Terrell Owens making an appearance.

He sounds ready to go:

Last week, the Bills visited the Saints and blew them out in New Orleans on Thanksgiving Day. Prior to that, Buffalo hosted the Indianapolis Colts in a brutal loss.

But in attendance a legend was former Bills running back Marshawn Lynch.

Both Lynch and Owens have careers that are more remembered for their production elsewhere. Still, fans in Buffalo evidently made Lynch feel at home during the Colts contest and one could probably expect them to do the same with T.O.

Owens only spent the 2009 season with the Bills but he often is praiseful of his time in Orchard Park. He has even previously admitted that he wanted to re-sign in Buffalo in 2010 but things did not unfold that way.
