Tennessee Titans injury report updates WR Treylon Burks' status against Saints

The Tennessee Titans released their first injury report of the 2023 season on Wednesday, giving a glimpse into the status of key players like receiver Treylon Burks and defensive end Arden Key for the team's Week 1 game against the New Orleans Saints.

The Titans open the 2023 season in New Orleans on Sunday (noon, CBS) in a much better position health-wise than they were at the end of last season. Receiver Kyle Philips is the only contributor who is on injured reserve, and key contributors like quarterback Ryan Tannehill, running back Derrick Henry and defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons are not on the report.

Burks is the most significant question mark on the Titans' injury report. The second-year pass catcher injured his knee in joint preseason practices with the Minnesota Vikings on Aug. 16, but returned to practice less than two weeks later, increasing his chances of being available for Week 1.

Here is the Titans' full injury report as released Wednesday.

Tennessee Titans injury report: Sept. 6

  • OLB Harold Landry (abdomen): Limited participation

  • OL Dillon Radunz (knee): Limited participation

  • QB Will Levis (quad): Full participation
