Tennessee Super 25 football rankings: Oakland faces Boo Carter, Bradley Central in semifinals

The state's top TSSAA football playoff games for the semifinals will be in Class 6A.

Oakland, coming off a 56-0 rout of Riverdale, has climbed to No. 7 in this week's Tennessee Super 25 high school football rankings. The Patriots travel to No. 3 Bradley Central for their semifinal contest and face Tennessee commitment Boo Carter. No. 10 Houston travels to No. 8 Brentwood.

Those two games highlight this week's Super 25 rankings.

High school sports writers from the USA TODAY Sports Network vote each week on the top 25 football programs in Tennessee. First-place votes are in parentheses. Each first-place vote receives 25 points; each second-place vote receives 24 points, on down to No. 25, which receives one point.
