CHAMPIONS AGAIN: Tennessee Lady Vols softball wins SEC regular-season championship for second time in program history

The Lady Vols swept both Kentucky and Florida in the regular season, scored 47 runs between the two series in consecutive weekends.

The first round has already seen three upsets, including No. 11 Ole Miss taking down No. 6 LSU and No. 10 South Carolina beating No. 7 Texas A&M. If the No. 1 Lady Vols win in the quarterfinals, they'll face the winner of the game between No. 4 Arkansas and No. 5 Alabama. The Razorbacks are the only team to hand Tennessee a series loss all season.

The Lady Vols have made it to the SEC Tournament semifinals for two straight years, but haven't advanced to a tournament final since 2015, when they lost to Auburn.

Tennessee has won the SEC Tournament 12 times. The last time Tennessee won was in 2011.
