How to apply for tickets in the T20 Cricket World Cup ballot?
T20 World Cup tickets are available through a public ballot which went live on Feb. 1.
The public ticket ballot has been introduced to "give the fans a fair and equitable chance to apply for tickets," said the ICC in a press release.
Tickets through the ballot will not be given on a first-come, first-served basis but will be chosen at random after all the applications have been received within the seven-day window. Applicants can make changes to their preferences till the deadline after which no changes will be permitted. Fans will then have to purchase all of the tickets allocated to them for a specific match.
"They will not be able to purchase a lesser or higher number of tickets for each match than they applied for," said the ICC.
Once the ballot is closed, successful applicants will be notified within 7 - 10 days of "what matches they have secured tickets to and will be provided with a link through which payments will need to be made" within an allotted time, says the ICC.

Premium

Standard
Grounds and Mounds / Standing Room Only (SRO)
ICC said all stadiums in the event are "divided into different enclosures which have different views of the field of play and may have differing degrees of shade".
How many tickets can I apply for?
Fans can request up to six tickets per match and for as many matches as they want at any stage during the ballot period, says the ICC.
How much do the T20 Cricket World Cup tickets cost?
Match tickets start at $6 and go up to $400, as per the ballot website, depending on the match locations and teams. The most expensive ticket is for premium seating at the Pakistan vs. India match on Jun. 9 at the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York City.
Prices listed on the website do not include taxes, which will be applied to ticket prices where applicable during the checkout process, said the ICC.
However, "no additional fees will be imposed beyond the specified taxes".

Will tickets still be available after the ballot deadline?
Once the ballot is closed, successful applicants will be notified within 7 - 10 days of "what matches they have secured tickets to and will be provided with a link through which payments will need to be made" within an allotted time, says the ICC.
Tickets for which payments have not been received will be returned to the pool of tickets that will be released for general sale on Feb. 22 on a first-come, first-served basis.
