It’s time to check the final frame to find out who will represent Marion County on the Star-Banner's All-County bowling team. After a season of knocking down pins, striving for perfect scores, and improving at the lanes we have all the info we need to find our stars.
Madison Rogers build off last years strong season to lead the county. With Saint John’s Lutheran joining the fray, this year's competition pool mix needed bumpers.
On May 21st, every Athlete of the Year winner will be announced at the MESPY's. Hold that pin because we’re announcing our top two finalists with their accolades and feats to hold you over until the big day.

All-County Bowler of the Year Finalists
Azariah Roberts - Forest - Freshman
Roberts embodies “practice is harder than the game” for her teammates. Roberts is the second Marion County bowler to qualify for the state tournament. A series high 333 is the second highest among all bowlers this season. She’s part of the MCIAC championship winning bowling team that lord one match in the country all season.
Madison Rogers - Forest - Junior
For the second consecutive year Rogers is a finalist for Marion County bowler of the year. She finished the season with a game high 189 and a series high 369. Both were improvements from her sophomore season. Rogers qualified for the state tournament where she tied for 74th with a 651 total through four games.
