Stephen Curry suffers left adductor strain in Warriors loss to Bucks

Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry left Thursday’s game in the third quarter against the Milwaukee Bucks after suffering a left adductor strain.

Curry walked to the locker room after checking out of the game in the third quarter prior to the confirmation of his adductor strain.

Curry appeared to suffer injury defending fast break

He appeared to have suffered the injury around halfway through the third quarter when running back on defense.

Curry struggled to 10 points of 5-of-14 shooting on the night, missing all four of this 3-point attempts as the Bucks built a commanding lead on the Warriors home floor.

The Bucks cruised to a 134-111 win behind a big game from Giannis Antetokounmpo, who tallied 24 points, nine rebounds and four assists and didn’t play the fourth quarter of the blowout win.

There were no reports on the severity of Curry’s injury or a timetable for his return.
