Spartans trending towards picking up commitment from 3-star QB Henry Hasselbeck

Michigan State football is trending in the right direction to pick up a commitment from the son of a former All-Pro quarterback.

Three-star quarterback Henry Hasselbeck — son of former Seattle Seahawks great quarterback Matt Hasselbeck — is projected to end up in green-and-white. A slew of 247Sports crystal ball predictions in favor of the Spartans for Hasselbeck came in on Wednesday morning, including from recruiting guru Steve Wiltfong.

Hasselbeck ranks as the No. 52 quarterback in 247Sports’ rankings for the 2024 class. He holds offers from more than 15 schools, including the likes of Boston College, Arizona, Pitt and Georgia Tech.

There is no known commitment date set for Hasselbeck, but it appears things are going to land in Michigan State’s favor. Stay tuned to see if this commitment comes into fruition.
