Winslow (3-1) at Shawnee (3-1), Friday, 6:30 p.m.

After playing three straight home games (all wins), the Eagles hit the road for the first of three consecutive games away from the nest. Winslow hasn’t encountered many problems putting points on the board. The team ranks fourth in South Jersey with 144 points, eight off the pace set by Willingboro and Gloucester. The Eagles’ passing game has soared through the first four games as freshman quarterback Jalen Parker has thrown for 989 yards and 12 touchdowns. Winslow will also welcome in Deante Ruffin, who missed the first 30 days of the season following his transfer from Camden. He was the starting quarterback in his first two scholastic seasons, one at West Deptford and the other at Camden. Shawnee looks to bounce back following a 23-0 loss at Cherokee. Shawnee posted 103 points over its first three games before being blanked last week. While it can more the ball through the air at times, the team’s bread-and-butter is the ground attack, which has accounted for close to 800 yards and 10 touchdowns.

Cinnaminson (4-0) at Delran (2-2), Friday, 6 p.m.

The Battle for Route 130 will take place in the Bears’ Den this week. Cinnaminson has won eight of the last 10 meetings between the two squads, including last year’s 27-23 decision. The Buccos are 4-0 for the second consecutive season and have produced solid offensive numbers through the first four weeks, including close to a 1,000 yards on the ground. Senior Kyle Willis has rushed for a team-high 346 yards with five touchdowns. Delran has been on the see-saw in the early going, alternating wins and losses over the first month of the season. Sandwiched between lopsided losses to Delsea and Willingboro was a solid 21-14 win over Burlington Township. Sophomore quarterback Vinny Sacca has had mixed results so far, but has thrown for 211 yards and three touchdowns.

Washington Township (2-2) at Williamstown (0-4), Friday, 7 p.m.

Two teams desperate for a W will clash in Monroe Township. Washington Township, which sits in sixth place in the South Jersey Group 5 power rankings, has shown some solid signs over the first four weeks of the season. The Minutemen have registered 50 or more points twice in their victories and are coming off a rough 34-28 loss in double overtime against Holy Spirit. Williamstown appears to be inching closer to turning the corner. After lopsided losses to Atlantic City and Kingsway, the squad has played better over the last two weeks during losses to Millville, 26-12, and Lenape, 17-14.

St. Augustine (2-2) at Holy Spirit (4-0), Friday, 6 p.m.

It’s another edition of the Holy War. St. Augustine has won four of the seven meetings since the rivalry resumed in 2016. The Hermits watched a seven-point halftime lead dissolve during a 21-7 loss to top-ranked Millville last week. Junior Julian Turney has been impressive running the football with 440 yards and four touchdowns through four weeks. Holy Spirit ran its unbeaten streak to four with a thrilling 34-28 victory in double overtime against Washington Township. Sophomore quarterback Ty Costabile has thrown for 535  yards and has TD passes to five different receivers including Matthew Abbott and Tahmir Jones, who are tied for the team lead with three.

Mainland (4-0) at Hammonton (3-1), Friday, 7 p.m.

Two of the top five teams in the South Jersey Group 4 power-point rankings will clash here. Mainland, currently second behind defending state Group 4 champ Millville, will look to keep pace with its high-power offensive engine. Senior Stephen Ordille is the main cog with 563 rushing yards and nine touchdowns, eight on the ground. He’s coming off a five-TD game against Atlantic City last week. Hammonton has won two straight since a 47-7 lopsided loss to Cherokee. Reigning South Jersey Offensive Player of the Year Kenny Smith has registered close to 700 yards rushing and seven touchdowns in the season’s first for weeks.
