From the Coach (John Ivlow)

"Not just Wisconsin, but everyone loved that he (Green-May) was 6-foot-6, 210 pounds and he runs like a deer. He's flexible, he's strong, he's aggressive and fast, and Wisconsin can make him any type of player they want.

"You can't teach the height but what I think separates Izayah is the fact that you can't coach a kid to run like he does, either. His biggest asset is probably the way he can move.

"He's going to be able to run like a linebacker but look like a defensive end," Ivlow said. "I think they'll put 20 or 30 pounds on during a redshirt year and then he'll be a 250-pound outside linebacker at some point in his career.

"At that point, it's what the coaches want him to do. He could play with his hand down if needed or stay up and get to the quarterback or also drop into coverage. One thing that won't ever change is his ability to run, he's just too athletic for that to happen."

From Izayah Green-May

"Wisconsin is just a great place. From the football programs to the academics along with the whole atmosphere and fan support, Wisconsin just offers everything I was looking for in a school. I had some great visits to Wisconsin and I get along great with the coaches and the players. On Saturday I had a chance to talk to some of the players and they just filled me in on some of the day to day things at Wisconsin. Everyone was very honest and straight with me which I appreciated. I just feel at home at Wisconsin and my Mom and my family are totally on board with my decision."
