Shore Conference girls flag football scoreboard, standings, schedule

The Shore Conference Girls Flag Football League season got underway April 9 with eight games.

Here are the scores of last week's games, the standings in each division after those games and the schedule for this week.

Week 4 Scores

April 30

At Middletown North

Henry Hudson vs. Middletown North

Middletown South 24, Holmdel 10

Cam Czwakiel threw three TD passes - 2 to Amanda MacGregor and one to Ava Loucopoulos - as the Eagles (2-1) defeated the Hornets (1-2).

Nikki Schreiber, Emma Gentile and Lauren Ceurvels each had interceptions for Middletown South. Kaleigh Kapler and Izzy Dyas led Middletown South in flag pulls.

Isa Geoghan threw two TD passes and a conversion pass to Alexis Amoedo, Brianna Little scored a TD and Amoedo and Celia Grecco had interceptions in the first half as the Rockets (2-1) defeated the Eagles (1-1.

Shore 29, Trinity Hall 14

Freshman quarterback Grace Ascolese threw two TD passes to senior Antonette Russo and another to junior Kimi Sayson and threw an extra point pass to Sayson as the Blue Devils (1-2) defeated the Monarchs (1-1).

Sayson and freshman Addsion Vincelli each had two interceptions and freshman Cameron Klein also had an INT.

Central 25, Long Branch 15

Jordyn Buccos had two interceptions and a TD reception, Alexandra Veltri ran for a TD and had an INT and Grace Ostapovich had a 35-yard TD run as the Golden Eagles (1-1) defeated the Green Wave (1-1).

April 25

Neptune 36, Manchester 18

Pinelands 37, Manasquan 20

Emily Minarik threw four TD passes - two to Brianna McCorry and one each to Mackenzie Laney and Ava Slinchak - as the Wildcats (3-0) defeated Manasquan (0-3).

McCorry had seven receptions for 121 yards and two TDs. Heidi Cyphert had two interceptions, the defense had five sacks and Jayla Kline had nine tackles.

Week 2 Scores

April 16

Middletown North 22, Keansburg 14, OT

Piper Brin threw touchdown passes to Julia Jensen and Chloe Baeta and had a TD reception, Jade Goworeal had a 2-point conversion reception and Kailtyn McNamara had a game-tying interception as the Lions (2-0) defeated the Titans (0-2).

Middletown South 18, Henry Hudson 2

Cam Czwakiel threw a TD pass to Ava Loucopolous and a 2-point conversion pass to Shayna Wood in her debut at quarterback and Shelby Mocik threw a TD pass to Amelie Formica as the Eagles (1-0) defeated the Admirals (0-2).

Izzy Dyas and Nikki Schreiber had interceptions for Middletown South

April 17

Rumson-Fair Haven 29, Holmdel 2

Ella Mason had three TD passes to three different receivers, added a PAT pass and also had two interceptions on defense as the defending champion Bulldogs (2-0) defeated the Hornets (1-1).

Mason's scoring passes were to Katie Wall, Kate Hennen and Emily Colucci. Henne also ran for a TD and Colucci had the PAT reception.

Raritan 27, Matawan 14

Isa Geoghan threw two TD passes to Alexis Amoedo and one each to Celia Grecco and Bella Iannello and 2-point conversion pass to Gianna Manfreddi as the Rockets (1-1) defeated the Huskies (1-1).

Pinelands 35, Shore 6

Emily Minarik threw five TD passes - two each to Brianna McCorry and Ava Slinchak - and another to Heidi Cyphert as the Wildcats (2-0) defeated the Blue Devils (0-2). McCorry also had an interception on defense.

April 18

Neptune 36 St. Rose 18

Trinity 33 Manasquan 2

Haley Noorigan threw TD pass to Maddie Rigney, Bella Walsh, Lizzy McCarthy and Clementine Radocchio and ran for 75 yards as the Monarchs (1-0) defeated Manasquan (0-2). Trinity Hall had four interceptions. Emma Lonardo had two INTs.
