Seven Bay County residents are running in this year's Boston Marathon
Monday morning, we have seven local residents to cheer on as they race in the 128th Boston Marathon.
The race starts in Hopkinton and is run in waves with Wave 1 starting at 10 a.m. and the final Wave 4 starting at 11:15 a.m. The course ends on Boylston Street in southwest Boston.
Runners have previously qualified for the race based on times, age group and gender. For a man in the 18-34 age group, the standard qualifying time is three hours and for women in the 55-59 age group, the time is four hours and five minutes.
