Seahawks Highlights: Underrated CB D.J. Reed shares his top plays of 2021

The Seattle Seahawks had a shaky cornerback situation coming into the 2021 season. It’s no accident that things began to come together for the group after a few weeks when they shifted D.J. Reed over from the left corner spot to his more natural postion on the right side.

Reed balled out for the rest of the year, posting two interceptions, 10 passes defensed and 62 solo tackles. For his efforts, Reed earned the highest Pro Football Focus grade of the season for Seattle’s defense among those players with 100 snaps or more. On Wednesday night, Reed shared a highlight reel on Twitter featuring his top plays of the year.

Reed is set to become a free agent in a few weeks. He should be high on the team’s list of players to re-sign.
