Schedule for 2023-24 basketball season now complete as Texas women reveal Big 12 dates

Beginning in December, the Texas women's basketball team will begin to say its goodbyes to the Big 12.

Ahead of its final season in the Big 12, Texas released its conference schedule on Tuesday. Beginning with a home game against Baylor on Dec. 30, UT will play 18 games against 13 conference foes.

Last season, Texas shared the Big 12's regular season championship with Oklahoma.

As it attempts to defend its title, Texas will play Baylor, Kansas State, Oklahoma, TCU and Texas Tech twice this winter. The Longhorns face each of the other teams in the Big 12 once, and must travel to Central Florida, Houston, Oklahoma State and West Virginia for those showdowns.

The Big 12's postseason tournament will take place at the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City from March 7-12.

Below is the conference schedule for UT's 2023-24 season. Texas previously revealed that UConn and Arizona are among the 13 teams that the Longhorns will see in nonconference play. The season tips off on Nov. 8 with a home game against Southern:

∙ Jan. 10: vs. TCU

∙ Jan. 13: at Kansas State

∙ Jan. 16: vs. Kansas

∙ Jan. 24: vs. Oklahoma

∙ Jan. 27: vs. Cincinnati

∙ Feb. 1: at Baylor

∙ Feb 4: vs. Kansas State

∙ Feb. 10: at TCU

∙ Feb. 14: at Houston

∙ Feb 17: vs. Iowa State

∙ Feb. 21: vs. Texas Tech

∙ Feb. 24: at Central Florida

∙ Feb. 28: at Oklahoma

∙ March 2: vs. B YU
