Here are Saturday's high school sports results for the Appleton and Green Bay area

GIRLS SWIMMMING AND DIVING

WIAA Division 1 State Championships

WAUKESHA – Carly Larson of De Pere/West De Pere won the Division 1 title in the 100-yard butterfly at the WIAA state swimming and diving championships Saturday at Waukesha South High School.

Larson finished in 53.77 seconds to beat out second-place finisher Sophia Brueggeman of Brookfield Central, who swam 54.70 seconds.

Larson also finished fifth in the 50 freestyle in 23.34 seconds.

Ana Flanagan of Appleton North finished fourth in the 100 breaststroke in 1:04.01.

Ivana Neverman of Green Bay Southwest co-op placed sixth in the 200 individual medley in 2:06.42.

Middleton won the team title with 212.5 points to win the program’s fourth championship. The Cardinals made history by becoming the first program to win a team title without winning an individual or relay event.
