JARED QUAY: Hazmat football looks good to me. Man, I need a football fix. So I'm going to bring in a co-host for the day, none other than former MVP Broncos legend Terrell Davis. Terrell Davis. What's good, bro?

TERRELL DAVIS: What's going on, Jared? Good to see you again, my man. Now I'm in me casa today.

JARED QUAY: A lot of things have happened outside of the quarantine in the sporting world, and I was wondering if you can help me with the headlines.

TERRELL DAVIS: OK, I'll try.

- Helping with headlines.

JARED QUAY: How do you feel about Tampa this year? Their odds have jumped at winning the Super Bowl. You think they're going to be for real?

TERRELL DAVIS: I do wonder, though, and that's just me. You got a 43-year-old quarterback. I don't care who that is. I saw Peyton Manning go through it and looked like the best quarterback in the world. And it seemed like it was less than a year he fell off a major cliff.

JARED QUAY: Hmm.

TERRELL DAVIS: I'm wondering at some point Tom Brady has to-- he's got to go through that. Now, he hasn't. So far he's been healthy, but when does he go through that? I have to wait and see how that works because I got a lot of questions.

JARED QUAY: The Panthers released former MVP Cam Newton after not finding a trade partner. Who should pick him up?

TERRELL DAVIS: The best team Cam, in my opinion, would be the Los Angeles Chargers. Their Head Coach Anthony Lynn-- I played with him. And I know that he really likes quarterbacks who are mobile, who can give you something if the play breaks down. He didn't have that with Philip Rivers.

JARED QUAY: Hmm.

TERRELL DAVIS: And Cam provides that.

JARED QUAY: The NHL canceled the scouting combine, the draft, and the award ceremony. Do you think the NFL-- now that it's pushing close to the NFL season-- do you think we might do that same thing in the NFL? Or you think that we're going along as planned?

TERRELL DAVIS: I believe they're going to have to move those dates back. And the reason is because if you're investing millions of dollars in these players, you have to know everything about them. And so I know the league-- like, Roger Goodell wants to keep that date. But I think they're going to have to back that up a little bit and maybe-- how far they go, I don't know. But you're still going to have to give these GMs, and owners, and coaches a chance to do their due diligence and have the complete package when they have to make that investment in a player.

JARED QUAY: Since I've been quarantined, I've been working out a lot. And I drink them Defys you left. And man, them things are having me really relaxed, bro. I've been sleeping well, feeling recovered. Them things work like superpower.

TERRELL DAVIS: My company, Defy-- we are donating 25,000 bottles to Feeding America. We're making that donation today. But we're also focusing on, you know, our first responders, right? That means people who are walking about the grocery stores, the c-stores, our medical professionals, our firemen, our police officers. If you're in need, please go to defy@rlmpr.com.

JARED QUAY: Yo TD, man, thank you. Y'all support Defy. I'm glad you came back on "The Rush" with me. We needed this, and the world's going to go back to normal now.

TERRELL DAVIS: I appreciate it, Jared. Have a good one, man. Yeah, drink up. drinkdefy.com, man.
