- Newton trying to set him square in his pits. back the other way and down the sideline, is Kenny Young. He makes a move, and ends up in the end zone with a pick six.

JARED QUAY: Sean McVay and the Rams finally beat the Patriots for the first time after losing their last six meetings.

- It feels good. It feels satisfying.

JARED QUAY: At 9-4, the Rams now have sole possession of first place in the NFC West over the Seahawks, at least for now. And now looking like a contender coming out the NFC, there's a certain former running back there, maybe looking to make an acquaintance. But we'll get to that later, because first, we've got to talk about PG.

Paul George just got paid. The man known as PG-13R, playoff, PR, pandemic P, signed a max extension with the Clippers a week after saying he wanted to retire a Clipper.

- For how much money?

JARED QUAY: Oh, only just $226 million through 2025. Whoo-hoo! Good Lord, PG, let me hold on to some. Not bad for a guy who completely disappears for the playoffs like the Invisible Man. But my man is still definitely an elite top two-way player, and those guys definitely don't grow on trees. I mean, how many? There's maybe him, Kawhi, LeBron. About it. Now the Clippers are waiting to see if Kawhi follows suit.

From a guy who usually disappears in the playoffs, to a guy that now only wants to play during the playoffs, let's talk about Marshawn Lynch. Beast mode. Marshawn Lynch explained to Conan O'Brien exactly what it would take for him to come out of retirement for the third time.

MARSHAWN LYNCH: I'm ready if y'all are Super Bowl ready. That's what did it would take me to come out.

JARED QUAY: Marshawn's making it extremely clear which teams can contact him. So if you're the Jets, forget his number. But they all seem set at the running back position, at least for now. But let's be honest, I think we all can agree that we need a little bit more beast mode in our life, especially with this 2020 year. Hey, Marshawn! Kick us off with some of your highlights!
