- --similarities in 3-point shooting also. Oh, Griffin!

JARED QUAY: No Harden, no problem. While James Harden rested his hammy on the bench and tried not to get any ketchup or mustard on his crispy new white shirt, one of his replacements balled out. Blake Griffin returned to like, 2014 form, throwing down monster slams, once specifically that Giannis wanted no part of. No.

Oh, yeah. And by the way, they also have this guy named Slim Reaper. Kevin Durant got off to a 7 of 10 start and 21 points in the first half. It was the 53rd time that KD has scored more than 20 points in one half of a playoff game. Giannis and Khris Middleton was slow to get going, and the Bucks head back home in an 0-2 hole. It's a hard one to get out when you're playing the Nets.

The Suns are heating up just at the right time.

- That's not funny.

- Yeah, yeah. It's-- all right.

JARED QUAY: After dismantling the Lakers in round 1, Phoenix took game 1 against Denver in the desert.

- Paul and Porter. And he got it again! Two in a row, Chris Paul.

JARED QUAY: Here's a crazy stat. Since the NBA moved to a 16-team playoff in 1984, none of the teams left this year has ever won a title. And like I said, the Suns are on fire.

[HORN]

- That's awful. Just awful.

JARED QUAY: Nothing positive can come from expressing anything on social media anymore. You're either getting canceled or getting fined $75,000 for sending a relatively harmless tweet that was probably sent while bored on the toilet. Sixers GM Daryl Morey was fined $75K for tweeting a pic of Seth Curry from his brother Steph's account saying, join 'em. The NBA claims this was tampering, but that's about $10,000 per character if you count the apostrophe.

Does Adam Silver honestly think these guys are recruiting each other in person? Is he tapping phones, following people? I need CIA-type surveillance, Silver. I guess the lesson is don't tweet about anything. Just don't do it.

Finally, to the NFL where an unlikely friendship has led to an indulgent birthday gift. To celebrate Robert Kraft's 80th birthday, Jay-Z, Meek Mill, and Michael Rubin surprised the Patriots owner with a Bentley.

- Engine, start.

[DING]

JARED QUAY: Nothing warms the heart in these trying times like millionaires helping billionaires.

- Billionaires are people too.

JARED QUAY: It's actually a really cool car, though. The seats in the back lay completely flat like you're at a spa, and there's even a little compartment for essential oils, if you know what I mean. That's a Robert Krafty.
