Running back explains what it means to him to be a Badger

The upcoming 2023 college football season is one of the most anticipated for the Badgers in a long time and Braelon Allen, the team’s top back is grateful to be in Madison.

Allen said it means more to him to a homegrown player and wear the Cardinal Red and White. A Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin native, the running back has quickly made a name for himself in Madison.

Over his first two campaigns with the team, the 6-foot-2 nearly 240-pound athlete has racked up 2,510 rushing yards and 23 touchdowns on the ground.

Now in Phil Longo’s “Air Raid” offense, it’s possible that Allen sees even bigger holes to run through in 2023.
