Oprah Winfrey is rumored to be talking with record-label mogul David Geffen and Oracle CEO Larry Ellison about bidding on the Los Angeles Clippers. Winfrey publically stated on Tuesday that she was not going to buy the team, but it’s still fun to think about. The Clippers would definitely have the best giveaways if Oprah was in charge of the team. Free cars for everyone!
Floyd Mayweather Jr. publically announced that he is interested in owning a big percentage of the Clippers. The boxing king also made it clear that this was not just talk. Mayweather owns a condo next to Staples Center and frequents Clippers games.
