Report: Warriors’ Steph Curry nears lifetime contract with Under Armour

During Steph Curry’s meteoric rise on the court in the NBA, the Golden State Warriors point guard has been wearing Under Armour kicks on his feet since 2013.

The reigning NBA Finals Most Valuable Player looks as if he will continue wearing the UA logo on his shoes. According to a report in Rolling Stone from Matt Sullivan, Curry is on the verge of signing a lifetime contract with Under Armour worth “potentially more than $1 billion.”

After releasing a flurry of signature shoes with Under Armour, Curry launched his own brand in 2020. Under Curry Brand, the eight-time All-Star unveiled more signature shoes with his own personalized logo. The Curry Flow 8 was the first shoe Curry released under the Curry Brand umbrella.

Curry has since dropped the Curry Flow 9 with multiple colorways, including a Cookie Monster-themed shoe and a pair of kicks with “We Believe” era colors.

During his offseason camp, Curry debuted the Curry Flow 10s for a scrimmage with his campers. There’s still no confirmed release date for the latest Curry Brand shoe.
