Report: Bills’ Gabe Davis knee injury not believed to be serious

Gabe Davis reportedly avoided a serious injury in Week 18.

The Buffalo Bills topped the Miami Dolphins by a 21-14 final to win the 2023 AFC East. Davis did not contribute because of an early injury.

In the first half, Davis hurt his knee and was ruled out after going into the locker room early just before halftime. According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, it’s not believed to be serious.

Per Rap Sheet, Davis sustained a PCL sprain. However, his status is to be determined.

Buffalo’s next contest is slated for Sunday at 1 p.m. in the NFL’s Wild-Card round of the playoffs. With kickoff being on Sunday, Davis does have at least one extra day to rehab and heal up in an effort play. The weekend’s playoff round begins on Saturday but Buffalo avoided that short week schedule.

Bills Wire will provide injury updates throughout the upcoming week when information is made available.
