Recap: Lockdown second half defense leads Colorado women's basketball past California

The game was tied at 30 at halftime but the Buffs held the Golden Bears to just 20 points in the second half to seal the win and improve to 14-5 on the season. Jaylyn Sherrod tied her career high with seven rebounds and added nine points and five assists in the winning effort. The freshmen has been very generous of late, totaling at least five assists in each of her last six games.
