MATT HARMON: How does the Lamar situation play out? And how does the offense evolve with Todd Monken at the helm? I love the Todd Monken hire here for the Baltimore Ravens. I think it was past time for Greg Roman, who did a lot of good things for this team.

You're a Niners fan. You know this with Greg Roman. It's like he gets you to a certain place with these mobile quarterbacks, but it taps out. Because he spends so much time designing a great, creative running game that the passing game and the passing design kind of goes to rot. I'm excited to see what Lamar looks like in a different offense.

And it's cool to know that Todd Monken could be the playcaller for Georgia last year and they could run the ball more than they pass the ball. So that makes sense here for the Ravens. But you think about some of those Todd Monken passing games in the NFL, like with the Bucs, I think with the Browns one year, they were throwing the football and throwing it aggressively downfield.

I think they need one veteran receiver. Let's see Jakobi Meyers to the Baltimore Ravens. And then they've got Mark Andrews. They've got Rashod Bateman coming back. Devin Duvernay potentially coming back. With Lamar in this offense, I think it could be really fun and a source of fantasy value.

DALTON DEL DON: Yep, one receiver added and good health, and this offense is cooking with gas. I mean, 100% there. It all comes down to Lamar Jackson's returning healthy. Add in-- you said Bateman. I'll even throw at you JK Dobbins, playing on one leg--

MATT HARMON: True, yeah.

DALTON DEL DON: --really impressed at times. I mean, he looked like he could-- that backfield been a mess for two years running now, so a healthy Dobbins would really be helpful there. So, yeah, it all comes down to Jackson's health and, hopefully, the addition of a receiver, either via the draft or free agency.

MATT HARMON: Yeah, Lord Podcast just slacked me and suggested they'd love to trade for DeAndre Hopkins. The thing with the Ravens-- and I think that's definitely possible. A couple of reasons I don't like it as much is, one, I think Lamar has shown he's so much better as a passer over the middle of the field, even taking deep shots over the middle. And I think Bateman could be that guy, but I also think Jakobi Meyers, natural fit there.

And the Ravens always seem to make-- they make two receiver moves. They either draft guys in the first round. They get young guys. Or when they get veterans, they always get them on the back nine of their career. Obviously, this is before Lamar's time, but Steve Smith, Anquan Boldin, Derrick Mason, these type of guys.

Let's get Lamar a guy who's squarely-- I know Jakobi Meyers is not the most exciting player in the world, but I'm a big fan relative to expectations. Get a guy that's kind of squarely in the prime of his career and still ascending. Even a guy like JuJu wouldn't be the worst thing in the world here for the Ravens.

Let's get a guy like that, at that age, rather than a guy who might be here for one year and trailing off, like Hopkins, although I'm not 100% sure how I feel about Hopkins. But you know what I mean? I want the Ravens to get that type of wide receiver.

DALTON DEL DON: Yeah, with Monken, absolutely, this could be real good potential here if we get all these guys healthy, hopefully.
