Ravens agree to terms with WR Odell Beckham Jr.

According to NFL Network reporter Ian Rapoport, the free-agent wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. has agreed to terms on a massive one-year contract with the Baltimore Ravens.

The terms of the contract include a $13.835 million signing bonus along with a $1.165 million base salary and $3 million in reachable incentives.

This signing does two things. First, it means one more dynamic weapon in the passing game for the Pittsburgh Steelers defense to contend with. If Beckham is healthy and by all accounts he is, he will pose a serious threat to the Steelers secondary.

But second and maybe more important is what this signing means for Lamar Jackson. It’s hard to imagine Beckham agreed to any contract to catch passes from Tyler Huntley. Beckham and Jackson are probably a package deal and means Jackson isn’t getting traded.
