QB rushes for nearly 300 yards, has 5 TDs: Section V's top performances Saturday
Here are the top performances during the Section V football games on Saturday during the fourth block of games this season:
Matt Allen, Red Jacket: Rushed for 114 yards and a touchdown, and caught an interception, during a 40-18 win over Wellsville.
Elijah Bender, Dansville/Wayland-Cohocton: Had eight tackles, two for losses, and a sack. Caleb Knapp had 11 tackles and a sack during a 12-6 loss to Rochester Prep.
Tyler Benjamin, Rochester Prep: The quarterback threw the game-winning touchdown pass as time expired, finishing with 266 passing yards during a 12-6 win over Dansville/Wayland-Cohocton.
Alex Bernardi, Newark: Completed 7 of 15 passes for 172 yards and a touchdown, and rushed for 36 yards and two more scores, during a 52-24 win over Waterloo.
Clayton Bezon, Attica/Alexander: Had seven tackles, 3.5 sacks and an interception during a 60-0 win over Bishop Kearney.
Giancarlo Colon, Newark: Caught two receptions for 62 yards and a touchdown during a 52-24 win over Waterloo.
Kellen Foster, Newark: Had nine carries for 120 yards and a touchdown during a 52-24 win over Waterloo. He also had six receptions for 110 yards, and returned a punt 51 yards for a score.
Cam Freeman, Irondequoit: Rushed four times for 55 yards and a touchdown, and had 10 tackles, during a 35-3 win over Eastridge.
Zaire Good, Greece Athena: Caught a 60-yard touchdown reception from Jacob Strebel. Brady Nuget scored a rushing touchdown during a 47-13 loss to Spencerport.
Marquen Grimes, Edison Tech: Had four receptions for 39 yards, and collected five tackles, during a 44-0 loss to Greece Arcadia.
Sarah Hall, Irondequoit: Collected 11 tackles and a sack. Isaiah Ballard had a sack, and Cam Miller had nine tackles, during a 35-3 win over Eastridge.
Micah Harshfield, Red Jacket: Rushed for 280 yards and three touchdowns on 29 carries. He also threw a pair of touchdowns to Aldric Smith-Fee during a 40-18 win over Wellsville.
Case Hill, Attica/Alexander: Recorded five tackles, a sack and a fumble recovery during a 60-0 win over Bishop Kearney. Sam Strezlec added six tackles.
Truman Hill, Red Jacket: Caught an interception during a 40-18 win over Wellsville. Skyler Taylor added two sacks.
Anthony Johnson, Edison Tech: Recorded 101 all-purpose yards during a 44-0 loss to Greece Arcadia.
Taiden Makubire, Irondequoit: Completed 7 of 14 passes for 122 yards and a touchdown, and rushed for another score, during a 35-3 win over Eastridge.
Amari Marianetti-Smith, Spencerport: Rushed nine times for 133 yards and a touchdown during a 47-13 win over Greece Athena.
Tyler Marino, Attica/Alexander: Scored on a 35-yard punt return during a 60-0 win over Bishop Kearney. Trent Woods, Robbie Becker and Sam Strezlec each scored a rushing touchdown.
Reid Martin, Dansville/Wayland-Cohocton: Rushed for 45 yards and a touchdown, and threw for 66 yards, during a 12-6 loss to Rochester Prep.
Levar Moore, Newark: Had eight carries for 62 yards and a touchdown, and returned an interception 74 yards for another score, during a 52-24 win over Waterloo.

Devin Mulvay Salerno, Waterloo: Completed 7 of 18 passes for a touchdown to Dylan Carabello, who had three receptions for 64 yards, during a 52-24 loss to Newark.
Jordan Nolan, Irondequoit: Caught five passes for 104 yards and a touchdown during 35-3 win over Eastridge.
Levi Pearl, Attica/Alexander: Rushed seven times for 55 yards and two touchdowns during a 60-0 win over Bishop Kearney.
Christian Pehrson, Waterloo: Had 14 carries for 121 yards and two touchdowns during a 52-24 loss to Newark.
Jahyleen Quick, Spencerport: Rushed 18 times for 157 yards and three touchdowns during a 47-13 win over Greece Athena.
Jarvis Seymore, Edison Tech: Recorded 15 tackles during a 44-0 loss to Greece Arcadia. Ryan Delgado had six tackles.
Kyle Shangraw, Waterloo: Had 13 carries for 51 yards and a touchdown during a 52-24 loss to Newark.
Landyn Thomas, Attica/Alexander: Each of his three carries went for touchdowns of 50, 12 and 8 yards during a 60-0 win over Bishop Kearney.
Zaiden Vandurme-Blackmon, Dansville/Wayland-Cohocton: Had 19 carries for 92 yards, and caught an interception, during a 12-6 loss to Rochester Prep.
Jack Vickers, Spencerport: Rushed 11 times for 126 yards and a touchdown, and also returned an interception for a touchdown during a 47-13 win over Greece Athena. He also blocked a punt, had a sack and returned an interception 30 yards.
Jameer Walters, Rochester Prep: Caught nine passes for 248 yards and two touchdowns, including the game-winner in the final seconds, of a 12-6 win over Dansville/Wayland-Cohocton.
Myles Wynn, Irondequoit: Rushed 13 times for 95 yards and two touchdowns during a 35-3 win over Eastridge.
