Yahoo Sports fantasy basketball analyst Dan Titus runs through the three names that he is targeting heading into the final week of the fantasy hoops season.

DAN TITUS: We made it. We at the home stretch-- week 23, fantasy basketball championship week. Let's get to my pickups.

Trendon Watford. The Brooklyn Nets play four games this week, and he's re-entered the rotation. And in 20 minutes, he's been averaging 14 points, 6 boards, and 1 and 1/2 stocks. This guy can do it on both ends of the floor. Expect him to make an impact in championship week.

Also, I'd pick up Vasilije Micic. The Hornets also play four games. And even though he's questionable coming into Monday, he doesn't have to look over his shoulder. And he's been playing very well in March, averaging 31 minutes, 14 points, 6 dimes, and he's efficient. Pick him up.

Lastly, I'm picking up Kyle Lowry. I know, I know-- old man Kyle Lowry. But the Sixers have a really unique schedule, playing three games in four nights to close out the week from Thursday to Sunday. So you're going to get three games out of one transaction for Kyle Lowry.

Pick him up. He's been doing well, playing over 30 minutes in the last two games. They're going to need him down the stretch as the Sixers try to stay out of that play-in game. All right, you know what to do. Get to work. Good luck. Take home that fantasy title. Peace.
