PJ Tucker, Joel Embiid ruled out for Sixers’ matchup vs. Pistons

The Philadelphia 76ers will pay a visit to the Motor City on Sunday afternoon to take on the Detroit Pistons and they will have to do short-handed. While they will be looking to bounce back from a loss on Friday night at home, they will have to dig deep in order to get it done.

Joel Embiid will miss his third straight game due to left foot soreness as he continues to recover from the injury. PJ Tucker has also been ruled out due to a non-COVID illness. Therefore, the Sixers will have to dig deep and rely on others to get the job done.

With Embiid down and his replacement being down in Tucker, the Sixers will have to rely on the likes of Georges Niang and Montrezl Harrell to get a win in Detroit. On the good side, the Sixers are facing a struggling Pistons team so they may be able to get away with it.
