Phoenix Suns' Bismack Biyombo signing draws rave reviews: 'Fits just like a glove'
It took just two games for Bismack Biyombo to become a fan favorite for the Phoenix Suns.
Fans and media members who cover the team are raving about the big man's fit in Phoenix after an impressive start to his time on the Suns.
Phoenix is 2-0 with Biyombo in the lineup. He has averaged 13.5 points per game in those two appearances playing just 23.5 minutes per game.
He is shooting 85% from the field and is getting six rebounds per game, two blocks per game, two assists per game and 1.5 steals per game.

Not bad for Biyombo, who was out of basketball this season before the Suns signed him to a 10-day contract amid COVID-19 issues with their roster, especially when you consider that the center averaged five points per game and 5.3 rebounds per game in 20.4 minutes per game over 66 games with the Charlotte Hornets last season.

Reaction to Bismack Biyombo's start, and fit, with the Phoenix Suns:
Chris Paul turning Bismack Biyombo into prime DeAndre Jordan is not something I thought I would write.

Unbelievable that the Suns have built such a respected culture in such short time. Bismack Biyombo wasn’t a FA because no team wanted him, it was out of choice.
He ended up choosing the Suns when he decided it was time to return & he’s fit in like a glove. Speaks volumes.— Suns Stan Account (@CP3FAN6) January 5, 2022
And can we talk about the fact that Bismack Biyombo threw down last night and needs to be signed pronto? He’s an Ayton backup and has playoff experience. @Suns, sign him.

Biyombo looks refreshed and energized. my lord. what a pick up.

I'll say it again the signing of Bismack is going to pay huge dividends down the road. Ayton, Mcgee & Biyombo are going to cause serious problems for teams come playoffs. With Kaminsky likely out another 6-8 weeks I believe Bismack will be with the Suns for the rest of the year!

yeah I already love Bismack Biyombo

Is there a single Suns fan who doesn’t want them to sign Biyombo for the rest of the season? What a revelation he’s been. I honestly don’t understand how he’s this good.
