Philadelphia Eagles' Jalen Hurts sets NFL record, passes Michael Vick on TD list
Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts set an NFL record late in the first quarter of the Eagles' 37-34 overtime victory over the Buffalo Bills Sunday at Lincoln Financial Field.
When Hurts scored a touchdown on the "Brotherly Shove" play with 1:10 left in the first quarter he became the first quarterback to have at least 10 rushing touchdowns in three straight seasons.

In 2021, Hurts rushed for 10 touchdowns. He followed that with 13 touchdowns in 2022. Hurts then hit 10 touchdowns in the Eagles' 11th game of the season.
Hurts climbing touchdown list – passes Michael Vick
Hurts' first-quarter touchdown broke a four-way tie for eighth on the career rushing touchdown list for quarterbacks.
Hurts was tied with New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers, former Eagles quarterback Randall Cunningham and former New England quarterback Steve Grogan with 35 career rushing touchdowns.
After scoring, Hurts tied former Eagle quarterback Michael Vick for seventh place with 36.
Hurts also scored in overtime, giving the Eagles a victory. Not only was the touchdown a game-winner, but it also broke the tie with Vick and moved Hurts into a three-way tie for fifth with 37.
Former Carolina quarterback Cam Newton holds the NFL record with 75.
