Pen to paper: Here are the Gainesville area athletes who signed their letters of intent Wednesday
One chapter officially closed, and another opened for athletes across the Gainesville area on Wednesday.
High schoolers across the area signed letters of intent to continue their athletic career at the next level.
For most, their collegiate decision was public for months if not years, but Wednesday’s ceremonies were the day players, families and coaches will never forget.
Here is a list of all Gainesville area athletes who signed their NLIs on National Signing Day and throughout the week. If there is any athlete continuing their career at the next level who is missing from on this list, please send their name, sport, and what school they’ll be attending to nram@gannett.com.
