Patriots QB Mac Jones seen heading to x-ray room following loss to Colts

Mac Jones had a rough day in the New England Patriots’ loss to the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday. He passed for 170 yards and threw one interception before being benched late in the fourth quarter.

On top of the on-field struggles, it looks as though he might have sustained an injury. Jones was seen heading into an x-ray room following the game.

Indianapolis had five total sacks on the day, and Jones was hit repeatedly in the pocket. Defensive end Dayo Odeyingbo had three sacks alone, and he was able to take advantage of a banged-up Patriots offensive line.

There has been no word on Jones’ health status, but it’ll be something to keep an eye on in the coming days of what is sure to be a long bye week.
