Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow was named a top 10 player in the NFL by his peers, many of whom sang his praises in a video.

The NFL released its final slate of the Top 100 Players of 2023, which is voted on by NFL players themselves, Monday. Burrow ranked No. 6 ‒ up 15 spots from his 2022 standing.

Players from multiple teams appeared in the NFL's video about Burrow's ranking.

"That's one of my favorite quarterbacks to watch play," Chris Jones, defensive tackle for the Kansas City Chiefs, said about Burrow in the clip. "I don't like playing against him."

"He's so poised," Jones continued. "You can talk stuff to Joe all day and he'll laugh it off. Give you a smirk. Then come in and dime you up."

Pittsburgh Steelers defensive end Cameron Heyward said about the 26-year-old: "You never feel like you rattle him."

Several of Burrow's fellow teammates, like Evan McPherson, Ja'Marr Chase and D.J. Reader, also appeared in the clip.

"I don't think it's possible to be any cooler than him when those moments come around," Bengals defensive end Sam Hubbard said.

Chase, who made the NFL's list at No. 39, called Burrow "one of the best quarterbacks in the league."

Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, who reigned the list at No. 1, complimented Burrow toward the end of the video.

"He's like a stone-cold killer," Mahomes said. "It doesn't matter who he's playing – he expects to win."

"Even though we beat them last time, they're still 3-1 against us," he added.

The Bengals open their preseason schedule Friday against the Green Bay Packers. Cincinnati's regular season starts Sept. 10 on the road against the Cleveland Browns.
