Packers vs. Giants preview: Predictions, odds, how to watch Monday Night Football
Week 14 of NFL action concludes with a "Monday Night Football" double-header. One of those games will be a battle between two quarterbacks vying for potential franchise quarterback status.
The New York Giants (4-8) will host the Green Bay Packers (6-6) with a short win streak at stake for each team.
New York has won each of its last two games over the Washington Commanders and New England Patriots, inspiring some hope at an outside run at the playoffs after a 2-8 start to the season. They've been led by Tommy DeVito, an undrafted free agent rookie quarterback, in each of those two games. The Giants announced the homebody quarterback will start in Week 14, even after Tyrod Taylor's return from injury.
The Packers are winners of three straight over the Los Angeles Chargers, Detroit Lions and Kansas City Chiefs in that order. Quarterback Jordan Love has been impressive over that stretch, throwing eight touchdowns to zero interceptions. His recent outings have inspired hope amongst Green Bay fans that the team has once again managed to hit on a young quarterback.

Packers vs. Giants predictions
The Arizona Republic: Packers 28, Giants 18
Jeremy Cluff writes, "New York has won two straight games, but those came against the Patriots and Commanders. The Packers are a much tougher test."
Lombardi Ave (Sports Illustrated FanSided site): Packers will win and cover on the road
Jovan Alford writes, "The Packers know the key to stopping the Giants is to contain Barkley and force other players to beat you. Monday night’s game could be a prime letdown spot for the Packers after their big win over the Chiefs. However, I expect them to keep stacking positive plays and get the win."
DraftKings Network: Lay the points for Green Bay Monday night
Pearce Dietrich writes, "The Giants were significant underdogs in both wins, but Tommy Devito stuck it to the sports books. The Packers have been three-point underdogs or larger in their last three wins. They were predicted to lose by a touchdown in each of the last two, but beat two playoff contenders by more than a touchdown. Devito is running pure, but the Packers are clean. They’re nice and tidy."
NFL Spin Zone (Sports Illustrated FanSided site): Packers 23, Giants 16
Sayre Bedinger writes, "Matt LaFleur and Packers GM Brian Gutekunst came under a lot of fire over the last couple of years for their belief in Jordan Love, the way the Aaron Rodgers situation was handled, the fact that they refused to use first-round picks on offensive skill players, and much more. But the reality of their situation right now is, the Packers are one of the youngest teams in the NFL and they are playing some outstanding football, even with some key injuries."
ESPN: Packers are heavy favorites to win on the road
ESPN Analytics give Green Bay a 72.8% chance as visiting favorites in New Jersey. They leave the Giants with a 27.0% chance to take their third straight victory.
