Oregon State football live updates: No. 19 Beavers beat No. 10 Utah Utes

No. 19 Oregon State hosts No. 10 Utah at 6 p.m. Friday at Reser Stadium.

The Beavers are 3-1 overall and 0-1 in the Pac-12, coming off a 38-35 loss at No. 16 Washington State.

Utah is 4-0 overall and 1-0 in the conference, coming off a 14-7 win against UCLA, knocking the Bruins out of the AP Top-25.

The game is broadcast on FS1.

Oregon State is a 3-point home favorite.

9:25 p.m.: Beavers win the game

No. 19 Oregon State beats No. 10 Utah 21-7.

The Beavers improve to 4-1 overall and 1-1 in the Pac-12.

Oregon State next plays at California at 7 p.m. Oct. 7.

8:35 p.m.: Beavers take commanding lead

Oregon State lost 42-16 last season at Utah.

The telling stat in the game is the Beavers’ quarterbacks had four interceptions, two by starter Chance Nolan and two by backup Ben Gulbranson, who came in when Nolan got injured.

Gulbranson became the starter the rest of the season after the game.
