Oklahoma high school volleyball: COAC announces All-Conference awards
After winning its first state title since 2016, Edmond Memorial’s volleyball program continues to bring in the awards.
The Central Oklahoma Athletic Conference (COAC) announced its All-Conference honors Wednesday, and Edmond Memorial junior Kat Rowe is the Player of the Year. Natalie Murray, who guided the Bulldogs to a 3-2 state championship win against Jenks, was named Coach of the Year. Senior libero Lexi Hensley received Defensive Player of the Year honors, while the Newcomer of the Year award went to freshman Annie Hopkins.
Katie Kolar of Norman North is the Offensive Player of the Year. The senior West Virginia commit played a key role in the Timberwolves’ run into the state semifinals.
