Ohio State offers 2025 Tennessee athlete a scholarship
Although there has been some not-so-great news for Ohio State recruiting the last few days, the beat goes on. Plenty of eyes should be on Columbus as the draft-eligible Buckeyes participate in Pro Day, giving the coaching staff more ammo for prospects who want to play at the next level.
Spring visits are happening almost every day and on Tuesday, Tennessee athlete, Eli Owens, was on a visit that resulted in a scholarship offer from Ryan Day and the Buckeyes.
Owens can play on both sides of the ball but most likely will end up as a tight end in college.
After an outstanding visit, I’m beyond blessed to receive an offer from THE Ohio State University!!!!! 🔴⚪️ @CoachKee @NCEC_Recruiting @NatlPlaymkrsAca @supermax100_ @alcoafootball @scoop1914 @OhioStateFB pic.twitter.com/O9GndS7tg4

At 6 feet, 2 inches, and 225 pounds, Owens could be a game-changer for the Ohio State offense. He is currently rated as the No. 4 athlete and 71st overall prospect according to the 247Sports composite rankings.
