The Times-Union selects its annual All-First Coast team for high school girls cross country in Jacksonville and Northeast Florida for 2023.

FIRST TEAM

Estella Bruneau

Jr., Bolles

Ran season-best 18:40 to place ninth at Class 2A meet.

Alyson Johnson

So., Creekside

Became St. Johns County's first-ever individual girls champion in Class 4A (18:22); ran season-best 17:49.

Tessa Massa

Jr., Bishop Kenny

Ran season-best 18:42 for 11th-place individual finish in Class 2A, leading Crusaders to first team title for 15 years.

Sarah Rose

So., Creekside

Class 4A runner-up capped breakthrough season with 18:35 in state meet.

Daisy Ross

Jr., Ponte Vedra

District, regional runner-up finished ninth in Class 3A; ran 18:13 at Craig Speziale Invitational.

Sofie Stam

Runners including Bishop Kenny's Stephanie Grden (5630), Emily Wheldon (5640) and Tessa Massa (5637) and Bolles' Sofie Stam (5652), Emily Loftin (5648) and Estella Bruneau (5643) lead the pack during the FHSAA District 2-2A high school girls cross country meet.
