No NFL player wants to head into a bye week with a loss.

But in a video shared Monday by NFL Films of 49ers defensive lineman Nick Bosa meeting after Sunday's Week 8 game with Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow, Bosa told his good friend and former Ohio State Buckeyes teammate at least he was the one to ruin the Niners' upcoming bye week.

"I love you, buddy. Good to see you," a mic'd up Bosa told Burrow. "Hell of a game. Made our bye week trash though. If anybody could do it, I'd want you to."

Burrow told Bosa he loved him.

Burrow and Bosa were teammates at OSU for two seasons.

In September, Burrow signed a five-year, $275 million contract extension just days after Bosa became the NFL's highest-paid defensive player with a five-year, $170M extension.

Burrow attended UFC 287 in April with Nick and his brother, Los Angeles Chargers linebacker Joey Bosa.
