LIZ LOZA: The 2020 NFL draft was expected to be the league's most lavish party ever, with the takeover of the Las Vegas strip being the stage. But as we all know by now, the script had to be rewritten. That means the prospects will be coming to you live from their living rooms, not the Bellagio fountain. As such, the league shipped them each a home video kit with lights, cameras, and iPhones, plus a contingency plan any team that may draft them.

JUSTIN HERBERT: Since we're not able to go to Vegas for the actual draft, everything will be captured in my living room. So my brother-- my older brother-- has actually been in charge of kind of setting up the cameras and a lot of the lights. And a couple iPhones were sent to catch every moment in our living room

TUA TAGIVILOA: We have, I guess, two setups, where one is part of the interview and then another is just on board for the draft. And it's just constantly there. It's just constantly on, so when you get called, you know, that's your big moment.

LIZ LOZA: And for one of the other great traditions that every NFL hopeful dreams of-- walking across the stage and being handed that Jersey and a hat by Commissioner Roger Goodell-- well, the league has thought of that as well, sending each prospect a hat and a jersey from all 32 teams.

JUSTIN HERBERT: I haven't received any instruction on the hats yet. I'm assuming they'd probably have them lined up and ready to go so if-- when that call comes, we'd be able to pick up the right hat correctly. Uh-- I'm assuming we'll probably just set them up right at our feet or right in front of us.

LIZ LOZA: So you're getting 32 hats and 32 jerseys, but what do you do with the other 31 that will not be your teams moving forward? What do you-- what do you do with the extra gear?

TUA TAGIVILOA: Yeah. That's a good question. I think what I'd probably do is I'd go around and see which family members like certain teams, and I'd give them the hat, I'd give them the jersey. And if not, then I'd probably just send it back to the NFL.

LIZ LOZA: And are you planning to wear a special Draft Day outfit?

JUSTIN HERBERT: Uh--- not really. Just kind of just casual wear. And we're told not to wear suits. And I think we'll all be on the couch for that, so a suit might be too much for that.
