Cardinals Take Down Lions, 14-6

The Cardinals picked up the victory against the Lions, 14-6, at home.

Drew Stanton threw for a respectable 306 yards on 21 of 32 passing, two touchdowns and two picks. On the Lions side, Matthew Stafford did not have as good a day, going 18 of 30 with 183 yards passing, no touchdowns and one pick.

Andre Ellington had a tough game, rushing for 42 yards on 19 attempts while adding four receptions for 24 yards. Michael Floyd was a weapon for the offense, catching two passes for 54 yards with two touchdowns.

The Arizona defense was the deciding factor in the victory, allowing 98 yards rushing and 183 passing. They consistently put pressure on Stafford and the Lions offensive line, racking up four sacks.

Lions running back Joique Bell provided some spark with 85 yards rushing and 30 receiving.

The Cardinals head to Seattle next week to face off with the Seahawks (6-4) while the Lions travel to Foxborough to play the Patriots (7-2).
