Bills announce extension with Eric Wood
The Buffalo Bills announced that they reached a contract extension with center Eric Wood on Friday.
Terms of the deal were no immediately disclosed.
A first-round pick by the Bills in 2008, Wood, a 6-4, 310-pound center, has started all 47 games that he's appeared in. Drafted 28th overall out of Louisville in that 2008 draft, Wood anchored a rushing attack that averaged 138.6 yards per game a season ago.
The Bills' offensive line only gave up 30 sacks in 2012, which was the fifth fewest allowed in the AFC.
