NCAA Tournament: Troy baseball vs. Boston College: Live updates from Tuscaloosa

TUSCALOOSA − Troy baseball is back in the NCAA Tournament and in the Tuscaloosa Regional, facing Boston College on Sunday.

It is the second time these two teams have faced in the regional with Troy earning a 11-10 win on Friday, surviving a comeback attempt from the Eagles.

The game is scheduled to start at 2 p.m. CT on ESPN+. The winner of the game will go to the regional final, at 8 p.m. on Sunday and the loser will be eliminated from the NCAA Tournament.

The 3-seed Trojans (40-21) earned an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament. Troy made a run in the Sun Belt tournament, making it to the championship game before falling 14-10 to Appalachian State. The Trojans won their last three regular-season series.

Troy continued its success in NCAA Tournament openers, beating Boston College 11-1, its fourth straight win in openers.

Boston College survived elimination with a win over Nicholls on Saturday.
