NBA Twitter reacts to Warriors suffering another loss after not securing comeback vs. Mavs
After Luke Doncic led the Dallas Mavericks to a 14 point advantage at halftime, it looked like Luka Doncic and company were on their way to their second win over the Golden State Warriors in the same week.
However, with a late surge led by rookie Moses Moody, the Warriors were able to tie the game in the fourth quarter. Yet, after tying the contest in the fourth quarter, the Warriors couldn’t land the final knockout punch to complete the comeback.
Behind 41 points on 15-of-26 shooting from the field with 10 boards and nine assists from Doncic, the Mavericks handed the Warriors their third consecutive defeat, 122-113.
Along with fireworks from Doncic on offense, the Mavericks defense held Steph Curry to 21 points on 8-of-15 shooting from the floor. According to ESPN Stats and Info, Curry did not attempt a shot in the fourth quarter for the first time in his career.

Although the Warriors’ slide continued, Jordan Poole bounced back with 23 points on 8-of-12 shooting from the floor with three boards, two assists and two steals in 27 minutes off the bench.

It was a pretty stark contrast watching the Warriors double Luka only for the Mavs to just throw it back to him after it left. Then seeing Dallas double Curry and him not even sniffing the ball again
