NASCAR stage lengths 2024: Lap distances, stage lengths for Cup Series races

NASCAR implemented stage racing for the 2017 season, with points given the top-10 finishers after each stage.

It has changed the way races flow and the way race teams strategize throughout the race distance, as well as the race for a playoff spot.

Despite a midseason change in getting rid of stage breaks for road course races last season, NASCAR has reverted back to stage breaks at every type of track for the 2024 season.

Here's the full list of stage lengths for races in the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series season.
