NASCAR at Daytona: How to watch Coke Zero Sugar 400, Wawa 250 this weekend
Well, this is it. The 2023 Coke Zero Sugar 400, Saturday night at Daytona International Speedway.
The last chance for those on the outside to slide through the front door — or side door, why be picky? — and make their way into NASCAR's Cup Series playoffs.
And in one of the bolder moves in recent history, NASCAR gave this race date to Daytona, where the horsepower/aerodynamic rules equalize the field and give everyone a chance to win.
The warmup act is Friday night's Xfinity Series race. That series still has two regular-season races remaining after this week, so the sense of urgency will be slightly less. But only slightly.
Plenty of tickets remain, as they say, for both Friday and Saturday.
