Missing man considered at-risk, BPD says
Jul. 21—The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community's help to find a missing man who is at risk because of medical and mental health conditions.
James Moren, 77, was last seen Friday in the 3300 block of Columbus Street. He is described as white, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 172 pounds, with gray short hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing prescription glasses, a red Cardinals baseball cap, a gray "Harley-Davidson" T-shirt, blue denim shorts, white socks and blue sandals.
The BPD asks that anyone with information call 661-327-7111.
