The Mets are back home to begin a three-game series against the Los Angeles Angels on Friday night at 7:10 p.m.

Who is starting for the Mets?

Kodai Senga, who is coming off one of his best starts of the season. Last time out against the Cardinals, the right-hander spun a gem, allowing one earned run on just two hits over 7.0 innings.

Senga, in search of his 11th win, has been terrific during his first season in America, pitching to a 3.19 ERA with 154 strikeouts in 129.2 innings.

Who is starting for the Angels?

Patrick Sandoval, who didn't allow an earned run in 5.0 innings against the Detroit Tigers.

The lefty has been up and down this season, pitching to a 4.08 ERA and a 1.453 WHIP in his 22 starts.
