March Madness schedule, odds and TV info for Friday's NCAA Tournament first-round games

Let the Madness begin in full.

After getting a taste of the NCAA Tournament action we missed out on last year with Thursday's First Four games, Friday brings us our first full day of March Madness since 2019.

Sixteen games, featuring teams from the Midwest and South regions, will meet in first round play in venues (mostly) in the Indianapolis area. Two No. 1 seeds are in action, as Illinois takes on Drexel and Baylor battles Hartford. Will we get any big first-round upsets?

One other highlight to look for Friday: the return of Sister Jean! Loyola-Chicago's team chaplain will be on hand for the Ramblers' matchup with Georgia Tech.

Illinois star Ayo Dosunmu celebrates the Fighting Illini's win over Ohio State in the Big Ten title game. Both teams are in action Friday in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.
