‘I’m a f****** Packer!’ Javon Bullard’s reaction to getting taken by Green Bay will fire you up

GREEN BAY − Javon Bullard, whom the Green Bay Packers selected with the No. 58 pick of the 2024 NFL draft, had a priceless reaction to the phone call that informed him of the news.

"I'm a f****** Packer!" he bellowed as those at his draft party celebrated.

Bullard, a safety out of Georgia, said he was looking forward to working with new Packers safety Xavier McKinney; Bullard said he took a photo with McKinney when Bullard was on a college visit to Alabama.

"Words can't even describe the emotions I feel right now," Bullard told the media after his selection. "I'm blessed, man. I'm extremely blessed, and I can't wait to get to work."

Versatility will be the name of the game for Bullard, who wore a chain flashing the word "Bull" during his draft party.

"Really I believe versatility kind of sets me apart, but beside that, it's just want-to and passion for the game," he said. "I'm one of those players who's literally willing to do anything. I'm just a guy who loves the game and loves the environment."

The Georgia native admitted he didn't know anything about the city of Green Bay but was eager to find out.

"I'm looking forward to getting to know everything about Green Bay," he said. "I plan to be up there a long time."
